Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost and client relation

l   Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement

l   Attend regular site meeting, organize, and prioritize work

l   To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives, architects and subcontractors 

l   To liaise and collaborate with relevant parties in carrying out cost management, contract administration and QS works

l   Monitoring each stage of a project to make sure the costs are in line with forecasts and within budget

l   Compare and analyze supplier quotation

l   Reviewing the tendering and estimating process and coming up with cost effective solutions

l   Handle ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

l   Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines 

l   Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field is preferred

l   Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities

l   Strong pricing skills and practical experience in tender process

l   Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure and tight schedule

l   Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
