What You Will Do…

• You will be working on exciting Mix-Use, Retail and Commercial projects for our Top Tier Clients
• You will get involved in projects across Asia Pacific
• You will brain storm with a team of young, bright, and truly creative architects and designers to create unique architectural designs
• You will produce deliverables for DD packages including plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
• You will lead the completion of Schematic Design, Detail Design and beyond into construction stage
• You will produce graphic presentations, 3D rendering and construction drawings
• You will coordinate and develop the design with the design team from SD to DD phase
• You will coordinate with consultants and contractors to meet overall project objectives
• You will be expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights
• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success

 What You Will Need…

• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in the production of DD packages
• A strong desire to work in a team with great architects and designers
• A strong command of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other BIM software
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Fluent communication skills in English
