            Estate Officer

• HKCEE with 5 passes or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with property refurbishment,    repair and maintenance;
• Responsible to coordinate works with estate management staff, to monitor subcontractors performance and to assure the quality and service of works
• Mature, independent and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Fair in both spoken and written English and Chinese
