Responsibilities:

• To assist and support planning, scheduling and implementation of the fitting-out works;
• To monitor site progress and coordinate with the main contractors, sub-contractors & vendors ensuring smooth project implementation;
• To handle construction drawings with practical detailing experience;
• To attend site meetings and organize works as per project manager’s instructions;
• To source and monitor sub-contractors with best results in quality, durability, time frame and cost;
• Any ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in interior design / building studies or equivalent;
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction works;
• Site experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel;
• Good communication skill;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Working Hours : 5.5 days per week;
• Location: Quarry Bay
