Job Description
- Minimum 6 years’ post qualification experience, in which 3 years must be gained in designing hotel, large-scale residential and commercial developments in the PRC and Canada

Membership of HKIA, RIBA, AIA preferred

Well-versed with the local design regulations in the PRC & Canada

Strong and efficient in producing schematic design, presentation drawings, detail design and construction details

Proficient in the application of AutoCAD, 3-D Studio and Photoshop

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Frequent travel to and short station in the PRC & overseas are required

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Design Architect
