Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Development of technical specifications/working schedule
- Doing site measuring work, doing paper work as job report & permit application/submission
- Overseeing on site installation, liaise with the crew for the implementation
Requirements :
- Relevant Degrees / Diploma in Architecture / Building Construction or Interior Design or equivalent with minimum 4 years experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field is preferred
- Well organization on projects
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
- Relevant experiences in the Sectors of Retails, Food and Beverage, Institutions, Hospitality and Corporate Offices are expected
- Hands-on working attitude is our slogan
