Job Duties

• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and make necessary recommendations for improvement
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works
• Supervise the work performance of contractors
• Assist in undertaking emergency maintenance works and routine repairs

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Experience in property management is a define advantage
• Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer
