Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Assist PM in coordinating site matters and report problems
- Assist PM in coordinating and liaising with sub-contractors & suppliers
- Monitor payment, material submissions, quantity confirmations logistics to meet the project schedule
- Assist PM in preparing O&M manual upon project completion when necessary
- Assist PM in preparing as-built drawings & working drawings
- Prepare weekly progress report for client’s record
Requirements
- 2+ years’ on project coordination experience for luxury retail
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or relevant discipline
- Fluent written and spoken English & Cantonese, with Mandarin as an advantage
- Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
- Strong sense of initiatively, responsibility and hard working
