> > Responsibilities

 -Help building membership pool.

 -Formulate customer loyalty program and the customer database to enhance customer growth and retention;

 -Execute social media strategy for our retail shops;

 -Draft content for marketing materials in shops;

 -Manage online advertising on social media platforms (primarily on facebook) and search engines;

 -Traffic monitoring, analysing and reporting.

> > Skills & Requirements

- Experience in developing content for social media, blogs or websites ; 

- Good written communication skills in Chinese and English ;

- Good graphic design and video editing skills (Ai & Photoshop at least); 

- High attention to details and accuracy;

- Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player (Knowledge on Sports, Outdoor brands will be an advantage)

> > Company Profile :

-Based in Hong Kong for 15+ years, we are a shoes & sports chain with currently 9 retail shops in Hong Kong. Our brands include Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Merrell, The North Face, Teva, Crocs, Timberland, Skechers, CAT. etc.

> > Work Location : San Po Kong (5 – 8 mins walk from Diamond Hill MTR station)

> > Working Hours : Two to Three days a week (0900 – 1800)
