World-leading retail brands, with their expansion in Hong Kong is looking for suitable candidates for Senior VM Manager / Visual Merchandising Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to implement the Global visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts and formats in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Ensure all stores comply with the standards and guidelines and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers.
• Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers to ensure high quality visual merchandising performance Identify and communicate local needs and best practices to the Retail Director and the Global Visual Merchandising team.
• Take the lead on ensuring all Store Managers and in store visual merchandisers (if any) are trained on the Visual Merchandising standards and Guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date on competitor analysis as well as current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market. 
• Work with the Global Visual Merchandising team to provide locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions.
• Ensure all windows are displayed in line with specified marketing calendar/campaigns and comply with window guidelines. 
• Ensure these are presented to a high standard, including window stickers, graphics and mannequins.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5-8 years of visual merchandising experience in retail industry representing an international brand in which at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Floor sales / management or handling retailers / wholesale account experience will be an asset
• Fashion / Sports / Footwear VM is a must
• 5 years dedicated VMM experience in managerial level for Senior Manager role
• Experience of working across multi stores essential
• Creative, dynamic and with strong fashion sense and visual judgment
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Great communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be hardworking, adaptable and cheerful
