Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to coordinate product development process from design concept to pre-production stage
• Research and analyze trends for development of new season collections
• Work independently and able to meet tight schedule
• Create design drawings and presentations for brands and customers
• Create technical and detailed spec sheets for sampling
• Liaise with merchandising team for sampling up until the checking of quality of samples

Job Requirements:

• Degree or non-degree tertiary education, preferably in Product Design, Fashion Design or an Art related subject
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the design of handbag or accessories
• Good sense for design, colour, material & fashion with strong understanding of trends
• Ability to create beautiful products within a confined budget and knowledge of capacities of factories
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or other design software on PC platform
• Organized and able to work on different projects at the same time
• Can work under pressure with tight deadlines
• A team player who can work closely with others as well as independently
• Languages: Fluent Chinese and good English
• Frequent travel to China is required
