Responsibilities

• Comply with market demand, customer requests to build product portfolio for the new brand. Build product strategies and deliver product roadmaps.
• Sucessfully analyze and negotiate supplier cost build-ups to meet cost targets.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners, with understanding diverse sources of supply.
• Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target, manage the product value chain and set pricing strategies to ensure product profits.
• Lead marketing team/sales team for the monthly/quarterly promotion plan to drive business growth.
• Create excitement through activities, events, etc to increase the new brands' awareness.
• Develop collaborations with other brands.
• Maintain an effective process for the measurement and reporting of the team's performance.
• Develop brand promotional materials and training. (Selling tool, Brochure, Sell Sheet, Product at a glance.)

Requirement

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing, Design or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated brand or product management or marketing experience.
• Experience in an organizaiton dedicated to lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in office furniture industry in any aspect & passion about office furniture.
• Strong brand development skills especially in launching a new product or increasing product awareness rate in consumers.
• Proven customer support orientation & superior communication / presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese / Mandarin
• Frequent travels & visits to customers, showrooms, exhibitions, suppliers, & designers may required.
