- Bachelors degree holder in Fashion Design or Product Development related field

- 5+ years relevant experience in Design & PD for Womenswear Casual apparel

- Exposure and experience working with the US and or EU markets

- Excellent market knowledge and trend awareness with an elevated taste level

– Ability to translate this to commercial products appropriate for specific customers

- Elevated understanding of fabrication and trims

- Creative and skilled in fashion design

- Excellent understanding and use of colour theory

- Very organised with excellent communication skills

– Able to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve company objectives

- Enthusiastic and ambitious team player who is proactive in problem solving

- Able to work well under pressure and manage tight timelines

- Proficient in Adobe AI, Photoshop and MS office applications

- General to advanced understanding of garment construction and specs

- Proficient in computer sketching, creating tech packs and sample development tracking

- Excellent written and spoken English
