Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute commercial office design concepts through schematic planning, detail drawings, material specifications and work schedule
- Design office environments to achieve brand identity with required standards, fulfil clients’ budget and requirements
- Manage construction documents from designers and consultants
- Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different guidelines
- Follow up with clear design directions and make effective changes in a timely manner
- Identify exceptional design obstacles and resolve
- Handle commercial projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in workplace design, with exposures in Asia preferably
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently and mentoring the team
- Passionate about Interior Design as long-term career field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, 3ds Max and Photoshop
- Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer
