Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit quality merchant partners to source trendy products at efficient cost
  • Develop and manage buying and selling plan to cope with company strategies and market sales trends
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and merchants to optimize business opportunities
  • Deal with suppliers, negotiating price, orders and logistics activities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance so as to prepare replenishment and allocation plan to maintain optimal stock level
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Team to drive promotion plans to boost sales
  • Keep updated with latest market trends, analyze sales trends and proactively source new products
  • Ensure effectiveness of end-to-end product management process including program / product planning, sourcing, vendor management, merchandise ordering, stock management, program launch,  promotion activities, sales logistics and product training

Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 6 years or above relevant experience in Telecommunication/ FMCG/ Consumer goods industry and sourcing
  • Possess strong and extensive merchant partnership and business network
  • Strong business senses with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, presentable  and independent
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in e-Commerce or retail industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
