Responsibilities:

• Manage and support new programs and management initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and schedule of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction.
• Participate in the development of the Business Unit's Omni-channel strategies, such as, crop sales, bank promotion and related organization. 
• Coordinate with vendor and brand owner on website update, UI adjustment, interface enhance development and testing. 
• Support eCommerce product listings (site operations/maintenance/enhancement & execute new product launches and initiatives.)
• Work closely with the team and monitor the daily operation to maximize the efficiency of the e-commerce operation.
• Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, drive business growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in e-Commerce, Digitial Marketing, Communications or related discipline is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in e-business , online sales or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in operating and managing E-commerce business is highly preferred.
• Innovative, proactive and independent with strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated and driven, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Magento would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
