Responsibilities:

• Manage customers’ enquiries, freight bookings and quotations through telephone and e-mail correspondence.
• Prepare Post Flight Report and ensure accuracy of billing data.
• Follow up on customers’ requests, complaints and claims.  Provide necessary support and service in a professional manner
• Collect market intelligence and prepare reports to the management.
• Supervise and monitor progress of daily operations and reservations;
• Work closely with other team members in order to fulfill all job requirements.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, invoicing processing, rate filing, and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Working location : Tsimshatsui and/or Asia Airfreight Terminal at Airport with transportation allowance

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Diploma or above in Supply Chain & logistics industry preferable.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in express/airlines/airfreight forwarding sectors.
• Ability to travel overseas
• Excellent inter-personal & communications skills.
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
• Customer-oriented, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, and mature.
• Ability to work independently and to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
