Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in executing test cases and workflows on Globalsources.com to check for defects as part of efforts to upkeep quality of site: 

• Execute test cases on daily basis.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating end user testing activities for existing online features/functions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests for projects on website and mobile app enhancements.
• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios/test cases according to business requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects arising from testing.
• Effectively communicate defects and solutions with technical team.
• Compile, manage, and send weekly issues/performance related tracking report to team members.
• Assist in generating reports.

Requirements: 

• Minimum diploma holder, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in working with test automation tools and/or experience in QA & UAT processes will be an advantage.
• Internet savvy, with basic HTML knowledge.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
• Work independently under planned schedules and complete assigned tasks within schedules.
• Proficiency in English language required to interact with international customers
