Duties:

• Handle students’ & parents’ enquiries on UK boarding schools.
• Follow through the whole process of the school applications.
• Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents and schools.
• Communicate with UK schools to follow up applications.
• Assist in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions and updating of marketing materials. 

Requirement:

• University graduates with at least 2 years or more experience in customer service.
• Study experience in UK is an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonally skills, willing to take responsibilities and challenges.
• Good Computer knowledges, i.e. Excel, Photoshop, AI software.
