The Department seeks outstanding candidates for the planning, development, coordination and delivery of advanced modules in Business Strategy, International Business, Leadership, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behavior.  He/She will be expected to assist in programme management and revalidation, engage in research, scholarly and administration activities, lead the publications in international journals, etc.

Applicants should (i) possess a Doctoral Degree in related disciplines; (ii) have a high level of subject knowledge, skills and competence in the academic or professional discipline concerned; (iii) have a successful track record of academic / professional experience in tertiary teaching and/or professional services; (iv) have a strong research record or potential for publications and research scholarship; and (v) have a good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.  

For appointment as Senior Lecturer / Lecturer, applicants should possess at least a Master Degree with relevant professional qualification and substantial teaching / professional / industry experience.
