Job Description

• General management and operation of the restaurants, including the set up and implementation of the system, structure, team and management in order to achieve company objectives and targets
• Budgeting, cost control and strategic planning
• Plans, drives and monitors process improvement programs to enhance business performance and cost control.
• Coordinates with the kitchen/ chef in the matters of production quality, sourcing, and management.
• Responsible for staff/ team building and floor staff product knowledge training.
• Customer relationship

Requirement

• Degree or above in business, Hotel and Catering or related disciplines.
• 5 years work experience in Chinese restaurant operational management level.  
• Strong leadership and self-motivated
• Strong execution and strategic planning skill
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good Analytic capabilities
• Immediate availability preferred
