The School Nurse at our Kindergarten and Lower Primary in Pok Fu Lam manages the health and safety of students by providing immediate medical care and accurate management of medication and information to maximize health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will respond to the needs of students reporting sick, prioritise and deal with them as appropriate, including carrying out appropriate First Aid care and making arrangements to send home/contacting parents/hospitalisation, where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• She/he must be registered with the Nursing Board of HK and hold a current Practising Certificate
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to students from Kindergarten, Lower Primary, staff, and parents coupled with solid written and verbal English communication skills
• Solid health assessment skills with the ability to intervene appropriately in emergency circumstances
• Good computer skills are highly desirable
