Job Description
Assistant Manager - Knowledge & Document Management
Duties:
- Assist in searching and providing information to internal users
- Assist in maintain and update the knowledge & document management system like tagging, classification, etc
- Manage the library and resource centre
- Responsible for internal documents distributions (like reports, newsletter, etc)
Requirements:
- Degree in Library, Knowledge Management, Information Management or any related disciplines
- 6 years or above solid working experience in library service, professional services (like law firm, architectural firm, accounting firm), corporate resources centre, news & media corporation, etc
- Experience in working and supervisory for a library or a resource centre is a MUST
- Patient, team-work, good communication skills
- Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Reading Chinese is a MUST)
