Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the trainer for our training course and reach out to the youth
- Able to serve as life mentor for the youth that we reached
- Provide counselling and guidance to those youth people
- Support casework & assessment services for the youth we encountered
- Work will not be limited in the office, off site work will also be necessary
Requirements:
- University graduate in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered Social Worker is highly desirable with 1-2 year(s) working experience preferably in training work
- Outgoing, self-motivated and innovative with good interpersonal skills
- Experience as a life mentor for youth will definitely an advantage
- Experience working in an NGO or charity organization is an advantage
- With report writing, project and case management skills are favorable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
