The requirements:

1. Native English speakers
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3. Good understanding of child development and learning
4. A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Education or Post Graduate Education qualification
5. Open-minded to new ideas and new ways of doing things
6. Strong communication skills
7. Highly organised and flexible
