Job Description
The Job:
As a member of our Smart Living Engineering Team, the jobholders will be responsible for the pre-sales, design and after-sales support of Smart Living products and business.
- Response for the technical support of pre-sales and after-sales activities of Smart Living products;
- Act as single point of contact for customer’s technical queries;
- Design and prepare proposal/offer after on site study;
- Perform basic on site service to explore further business opportunity;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers;
- Develop extra business opportunity besides original customer requirement.
The Person:
- Higher diploma or above in Computing / Information Technology / Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales engineering field
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn and take up new assignment & challenges
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
