Job Description:

• Develop, implement, maintain, control and audit of quality system and activities to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards
• Define specifications for implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products
• Provide quality reports and suggestions to improve production process
• Work closely with customers for any quality complaints and work out corrective and preventive actions accordingly
• Implement and maintain the ISO system with annual internal and external audit
• Evaluate the suppliers quality and constantly improve the supply chain management
• Develop, train and provide guidance to QA team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality Engineering & Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience in Quality Management with Electronics assembly operations exposure in multinational company
• Familiar with ISO/TL/TS is definitely an advantage
• Able to implement and execute quality activities to strive for zero defect
• Possess quality mind set to drive for total customer satisfaction and quality excellence
• Exposure in executing quality management in China Factory or Outsource Partners
• Experience in supplier quality engineering
