Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for group companies and auditing matter
• Prepare financial reports, financial analysis, budget and forecasts on a timely basis
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
• Assist in internal control review, company secretarial issue and tax computation; and
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in accounting disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above working experience in similar position
• Hands on PC operations knowledge, including MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Audit experience is a plus
• Have positive attitude, pro-active, flexible and take up responsibility
• Able to work independently, with multi-tasking and good time management skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Experience in listed company or financial industry is definitely an advantage
