Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing general accounting & clerical duties such as full set of book keeping, bank & account reconciliation, account receivable and payable, filling etc.
- Prepare monthly accounting report and analysis
- With handling full set of accounts independently is preferable.
- Handle shipping documents, banking tranaction for L/C,T/T.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with LCC intermediate or equipment
- 3-4 year relevant working experience
- Proficiency in using MS Office(including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently
- Administration experience and immediate availability is preferred
