Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and filing, handle staff expenses claims, bank receipts and payments, cheque preparation and bank reconciliations;
- Assist in month end closing, preparation of monthly management reports and annual budget;
- Liaise with colleagues in PRC and other external parties, e.g. auditors, bankers etc.;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
- 1-2 years relevant experience;
- Proficiency in MS office, Chinese word processing and MYOB;
- Good command of English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is a MUST.
