The Job  

• Design and conduct experiment to optimize manufacturing process
• Scale-up the process and improve product quality
• Participate in routine production
• Prepare process development protocols, reports and related documents
• Assist in the preparation of documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, batch record) to fulfill regulatory requirements

The Person  

• Degree/ Master or above in Biological Science or Chemical Engineering / Processing Engineering/ Bioengineering
• Familiar with protein purification especially tangential flow filtration and column chromatography
• Experiences of handling biopharmaceutical process in industrial scale and working in GMP environment are preferred
• Solid experience on animal origin product and production process
• Advance knowledge or experience in process development and scale-up are preferred
• Knowledge on protein analysis assay, such as ELISA, HPLC, etc
• Independent, flexible and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and team spirit
• Good command in Putonghua is an advantage
• Travelling to PRC and overseas as well as stationing for a short period may be required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Process Technician
