The right candidate will be/have: 

• Degree holder in architecture. 
• Relevant experience in mixed-use developments including shopping centre, office and hotel towers. 
• Strong design flair. 
• Excellent communication in spoken & written English (Mandarin an advantage) 
• Hands-on approach and ability to deliver under pressure on fast-track projects. 
• Broad knowledge and skills on CAD, 3D sketchup and other three dimensional softwares, photophop and other graphic / presentation softwares.
