The right candidates are will be/have:

• 8-10 years experience.
• China project experience from Concept to Detail Design.
• Excellent communication in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Experience in  large-scale shopping centre and office tower projects.
• Ability to manage the design process and team to deliver on time.
• Ability to handle engineering co-ordination and lead detail design packages.
• Good knowledge of China local codes.
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered for less senior positions.
