Languages    

• Oral and written proficiency in English, Mandarin, & Cantonese, other languages skills (German, French or Spanish) are an asset

Education     

• Tertiary academic background in International Business, Marketing or related disciplines

• Organize, plan and manage, in cooperation with the International Sales Manager, all aspects related to the development of the international business
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with customers at our Hong Kong showroom
• Provide and prioritize multiple tasks such as preparing correspondences, quotes and reports as well as coordinate samples
• Facilitate the information flow of the customer’s requirements to the factories for order processing, production planning and safeguard quality control
• Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and ensure material quality and on time deliveries
