Job Description
We are looking for high calibre and dynamic professionals for our client, a Hong Kong leading provider of construction equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Process the purchasing orders according to corporate guidelines
- Handle the quotations, review and analyze the options, and negotiate with vendors to render the best deals for the company
- Liaise closely with vendors and other departments for procurement matters
- Develop vendor database, while maintain good relationship with vendors
- Assist in formulating purchasing plan and handle purchasing related matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or above preferably in Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or related subjects
- At least 1 year’s procurement experience
- Exposure in construction industry / civil engineering is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese WP
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Good at details, able to work independently and under pressure
