The incumbent will lead a team of Concierge Services Supervisors and Representatives to provide premier customer services in our shopping malls and VIP club to ensure the total satisfaction of our stakeholders, including but not limited to shoppers, diners and shop tenants.

Job Summary

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train, supervise and oversee the management of the customer service team
• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of the agreed customer service levels and standards
• Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution, handle complex and escalated customer service issues
• Coordinate with Marketing Department in implementation of the marketing and promotion campaigns
• Lead the VIP orientation program and provide premier customer service to VIP whenever required
• Assist in conducting customer satisfaction survey and analyzing the data collected to determine customer service outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• A minimum of 10 years customer service experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in hotel or property industry
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, supervisory and people management skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
