Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and enhancement the business relationship with key/ strategic new accounts
2. Tighten and grow the business relationship and sales base with the assigned accounts.
3. Key contact window of the clients; maintain timely, effective, professional communication at all times. Prepare materials for regular business review meeting.
4. Develop quality strategies and policies to meet customer expectation. Develop/ maintenance program document, such as program procedure, related technical document, internal training materials and etc.
5. Collaborate with operation and technical teams in the performance key account related services, and to enhance customer satisfaction and develop new services or procedures
6. Help in taking customer enquiries and solving any issues that they may have in an effective, courteous and timely manner, monitor and improve customer satisfaction where necessary.
7. Supervise and train the Customer Service executives to ensure smooth operations on all customer services activities,
8. Be instrumental in converting strategic new account to key account by supporting the sales team
9. Review inspection reports prepared by inspectors of operational office when necessary.
10. Support immediate supervisor to complete ad hoc projects.

Experience/ Training Requirements/ Skills

1. Degree or above in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Management or related or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in Account Management Field or related experience.
3. Related experience in inspection, factory audit and/or consumer product testing field.
4. Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin/Cantonese is essential.
5. Literate in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
6. High initiative, self-motivated, open-minded with good interpersonal skills.
7. English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking proficiency required.
8. French/ Spanish speaking is a plus.
