Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate the daily after sales operations to ensure cost effective service provided
- Provide relevant information for management for strategic planning
- Support after-sales services, customer enquiries and administrative duties
- Support and monitor daily parts operations
- Promote parts and accessories to customers in a professional manner
- Maintain reasonable stock level, to manage warehouse and have inventory control
- Schedule and arrange daily service work
- Executive the ad hoc jobs assigned by After Sales Manager
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering preferably in Automotive Engineering
- At least 3 year relevant experience in Motor Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficient at MS Office applications
- Self-initiated, well organized, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
