Job Description
Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong which focuses on technology and smart mobility manufacturing business.
Responsibilities:
Report to CEO
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions
Establish and implement control procedures
Oversee and lead accounting team in HK to ensure the overall finance & accounting function including daily accounting works, internal control, inventory control, budgeting, treasury management, audit & taxation, corporate finance planning, cash flow management & any ad hoc project are smooth and effective
Supervise the preparation of Consolidated Financial Package, Quarterly Forecast, Annual Budget and 3-year Plan in order to contribute the strategic improvement and development for the Group
Provide non-finance management with planning expertise and drawing on meaningful management information to help in business decisions and assist in driving profitability
Deal with Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SFC and participate in investors conferences
Manage interim and annual reports and organise interim and annual results announcement meetings
Ensure compliance to Hong Kong listing rules
Prepare Board File to ensure all the necessary financial, legal and statistical information are available to the Board Members
Assist management in monitoring, reviewing and consolidating account for its subsidiaries & ensure all practices are in legal compliance
Requirements:
Cuurrently as registered authorized representative as CFO in the HKSE and SFC.
Ideally with Big 4 training with at least 10 years post qualification gained from local main board listed company
Strong international exposure and experienced in the China’s operations
Good at manufacturing accounting, cost control and familiar with the PRC rules regulations and taxation
Strong team building and management skills and, most importantly, ability to efficiently represent the company to external parties such as bankers, investors, lawyers and auditors
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Exposure to mergers & acquisitions and knowledge of listing rules a definite advantage
Proactive, assertive, independent, flexible and strong leadership ability
Occasional overseas, including PRC, travelling is required
