Job Description:
- To provide user support (include on-site support) on PC and system functions;
- To provide hardware and software maintenance support to users and perform on-site system health check;
- To provide network support and assist supervisors in servers and network equipment's monitoring;
- To assist in setting up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work;
- To assist in managing the hardware and software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records;
- To provide security control support and provide assistance in response to IT incidents.
Requirements :
- Diploma in IT or related discipline or Form 5 with 2 years related working experience
- Preferably with experience in helpdesk or customer service support
- Good in job prioritization, problem solving and troubleshooting of PC and Servers
- Hands on experience in MS Office Applications (troubleshooting & problem solving), Windows 2000/2003 and Linux Servers
- A team player, hard working and strong working incentive
- Immediately available is highly preferred
