Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with headquarter, internal counterparts and supplier to ensure a smooth printing process for all product packaging and manuals.
• Investigate quality issues and collaborate with different parties to identify possible solutions
• Supplier management including supplier selection and auditing
• Collaborate with various parties for the packaging development and optimization
• Responsible for cost analysis, efficiency measures and quality improvement
• Collaborate with various parties to explore improvement areas such as standard specifications and design guidelines
• Innovative packaging solutions, optimization of existing packaging components and cross-site processes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Material Science or other related discipline
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging and manuals for international distribution.
• Experience in managing projects, external service providers and customers as well as intercultural collaboration with other internal departments
• Experience in the development and manufacture of packaging in close collaboration with knowledge of all printing processes as well as digital pre-press, post-press, cross-media publishing, paper, paper finishing and the correct use of colors and fonts.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Adobe programs (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
