Responsibility:

• Handle quality issues related to customer complaints, RMA, incoming raw materials, work in process, and finished goods, including MRB.
• Participate in product and process development and provide suggestions in quality aspect.
• Establish and maintain quality related criteria, procedures, and working instructions.
• Handle customer’s questionnaires regarding the requirements of safety, health, and environment.
• Implement and maintain quality and environmental management systems.  Handle other ad hoc projects if required.

Requirement:

• 1-3 years working experience in EMS environment
• Diploma or BSc in Science or related disciplines.
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is preferable
• Hands-on experiences in quality tools, SPC, 8D problem solving, MSA, FMEA, and DOE would be an advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into solutions with attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with databases and statistical software.
• Fresh university graduate will also be considered as Assistant Quality Engineer.
