Responsibilities:

• Responsible for different projects of R&D dept.  
• Maximizes product profitability and improve product performances;
• Applies all relevant international regulations/norms/standards;
• Establish standards and practices of R&D and development plan
• Cooperates closely with Sales & production team to assure customer focus
• Participate in entire development lifecycle, design, coding, testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / R&D Department,fresh graduate with relevant project experience also welcome
• Machine Design experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and analyse the difficulties independently
• Quick learner, Innovative, responsible and good team spirit
• Good written oral communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station in Dongguan
