Engineer/ Senior Engineer (Ref: EM14122017)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

lResponsible for the periodic calibration and preventative maintenance of Purified Water System, Compressed Air System, HVAC System, production equipment, plant facilities etc.

lProvide technical supports to production equipment and system validations.

lResponsible for new projects such as expansion/optimization of production and plant facilities, projects initiated by QA department etc., and ensure the project works are in full compliance with PIC/S GMP.

lProvide user requirements specification and technical specification for utilities, production equipment etc. for procurement.

lEnsure all calibration and maintenance works and documentation comply with PIC/S GMP requirements.

lConduct site supervision and inspection to monitor and assess the performance of all external construction/E&M contractors.

lAssist in implementation of PIC/S GMP.

lProvide technical supports to other departments.

Qualifications and Experiences

lDegree in Mechanical / Building Services or related fields.

lAt least 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is preferred.

lFresh graduate will be also considered.

lGood computer skills and proficient in Autocad.

lHand-on experience in HVAC systems and experience in clean room is an added advantage.

lFamiliar with PIC/S GMP guidelines is highly preferred.

lSelf-initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills and good team player.

lGood command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

lImmediate available is highly preferred
