This incumbent will be responsible for planning and organising tour/ meeting event projects held overseas (Outbound). He/ She will also be involved in project implementation including but not limited to hotel reservations and arrange meeting sessions, local sightseeing and dining events, etc.

• Post-secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in Tourism / M.I.C.E. related disciplines
• With at least 2 years’ travel industry related experience including 1 year M.I.C.E. experience
• Sound knowledge of tourist destinations overseas (Outbound) including air ticketing, costing, tour escort and ground arrangements
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Knowledge on MS office: EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT
• Good PC literacy including Chinese word processing
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing, well-organised, and able to work under pressure and independently
• Candidates of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Project Executive
