Our client is a large organization within the (professional) service industry. For a new large project/ new business unit, they are looking to recruit a strategic senior Marketer to head this business unit.  It is expected this talent  to be hands-on  and to further build the Marketing team after employment. This role will be ideal for entrepreneurs with a strong vison and long term mind set.

Main Duties:

• Develop strategic marketing  direction for the business unit
• Plan marketing/ branding campaigns/ marketing communications  to build more awareness in the service industry and to the general public
• Maintain strong relations with trade partners and other stakeholders
• Identify marketing trend and use different marketing platforms to promote the organization
• Plan corporate events
• Work closely with digital and events team
• Conduct market research and analyses

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Communications/ Marketing or related disciplines
• 10+ Years of Strategic Marketing, with track record in handling transformation, setting direction
• Previous experience in new projects/ business units will be beneficial
• Background in Technology/ B2B/ Corporate/ professional service will be a plus
• Comfortable in presenting to c-level management, stakeholders, business owners and key decision makers
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, Self-motivated, independent, strong business sense with excellent negotiation
• Excellent communications in  written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Marketing Manager
