Requirements:

• DSE or above/diploma in Tourism or equivalent.
• 0 - 2 years or above working experience in hotel or travel agency is preferable but not essential.
• Strong computer (Microsoft/Excel/Power Point/Outlook Express) & Internet skills.
• Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese, Putonghua, Mandarin & English.
• Independent, hardworking, reliable, organized and detail oriented.
• Must effectively converse verbally and over email in fluent English with demanding and high end clientele.
• Reservation system experience ideal but not essential.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.

  Job Duties:

• Handle customer enquires and provide travel advices on travel related issues.
• Prepare travel itinerary, proposals and necessary arrangements in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
• Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills.
• Implement ad hoc assignments as directed.
