POSITION PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing existing local teams and S&M heads and strive for excellence and growth 
• Driving external agencies (PR/Event Agency for all events organized by the company, creative agency for quarterly magazine, website updates etc.) through personal networks
• Promote marketing initiatives (including brands, guest rooms and food & beverage outlets)
• Periodic review of competitor offerings and to ensure the Client's hotels are positioned where they want to be
• Generate and execute marketing campaigns, strategies and long term development goals for the business
• Attend trade shows & relevant events to ensure maximum exposure for the business line
• Develop partnerships and other channel networks that benefit the growth of the business

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in business, hospitality, sales & marketing or relevant discipline
• 5-10 years Sales & Marketing in upscale hotel/tourism experience with a minimum of 3 years leading a team
• Boutique hotel management background is highly preferred
• Web and online marketing knowledge (OTA, Social Media, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (writing, reading, and speaking) is a must
• Multi-brand / property experience
• Proactive, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiator and communicator
