Our client is one of the most prestigious hotel groups in Hong Kong. They are currently recruiting more than 10 talents to temporarily support the retail sales and operation activities in one of their souvenir stores inside the Hotel during summer.

You will manage sales order from online channel and arrange proper delivery. You will handle customers enquiry and payment. You will need to serve customer in-store and provide customer services. You will assist in inventory management as well as ensuring the products display in-store are within company standard.

You should possess relevant retail and customer services experience from all kinds of products. You should possess tertiary education background (high diploma or above) with major in all disciplines. Current university students with previous work experience will be considered! You should be able to speak fluent English and Chinese. You should be a good team player and outgoing to interact with customers. You should be available to work on full time basis between Jun 1- Sept 30.
