Job Description

Overall Objective

To identify business opportunities in corporate travel and to ensure smooth operation of all corporate teams in meeting Company’s sales targets and required service level.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire Corporate Travel operations
  • Identify business opportunities and develop expansion plan in corporate travel with corporate clients and referrals.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plan in meeting the business objectives and sales targets
  • Develop a thorough understanding of existing CTM business model, needs and to build strong internal and external business relationship along the areas
  • Lead all corporate teams in achieving business objectives and sales targets
  • Lead or take part in weekly global phone conference with ANZ HQ and/or global customers at very early or very late hours
  • Develop, establish and maintain good relationship with clients and business partners to protect the best interest of the Company
  • Handle customer complaints, maintain regular feedback from clients, conduct service review as necessary and improve service level
  • Periodically review and improve policy on booking, client handling and other work flow
  • Work closely with relevant departments and parties to ensure products and services meet and surpass customer requirements
  • Collect relevant information on competitor analysis and market trend, and provide feedback or recommendations to the management
  • Resolve ad hoc operation issues
  • Occasional travel on short notice

 Requirements:

  •  A university degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • 15-20 years’ experience in the travel industry, of which 10 years in managerial/leadership role
  • Deep understanding in the operations of corporate travel in both regional and national accounts
  • Exceptional in communications, interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with all levels of staff and business partners
  • Possess courage and tact to challenge those around and the status quo in order to drive business and personal development, at the same time providing the necessary support to help them succeed
  • Self-driven and well organized
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese and Putonghua
